Best Air Systems in Charlotte NC

I was referred to E.R. Plumbing to replace a pressure relieving valve connected to my hot water heater. The technician, Jeff M, arrived on the early side of the window they gave me and I even received a phone call to let me know he was stuck in traffic but on the way. He was polite, knowledgeable, and able to complete the work in a short time. Through the experience I found that this issue is somewhat common in the building where I live so E.R. Plumbing now keeps the special order parts needed for this repair in stock just in case. I was extremely pleased with the work and service and would recommend Jeff M and E.R. Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Electrician came to diagnose and repair two outlets that had stopped working. He figured out the problem (two problems) and repaired it. Very thorough and explained everything he did. Great service!

UPDATE: 3/10/23 Travis Crawford has provided service and repairs for my heating/cooling/ plumbing systems for four years now. Their personnel are always kind, friendly, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. But it's the kindness that stands out - we need more companies like this! I can't say enough good things about them!!!!
4/20/22: Travis Crawford Heating Cooling & Plumbing came highly recommended by a long time Charlotte resident and retired realtor. I have been using their services for over a year, and have never been disappointed. The service people are wonderful, professional, and efficient. I intend to keep using their services to maintain the new unit.

When it comes to scheduling and responding, Expart Charlotte Plumbing is tops. Dustin, the technician, was excellent in every way. He wasted no time in completing the task at hand. The services of Expert Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning have been greatly appreciated.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Noah K was both professional and personable, very good with explaining any problems that came up. He fixed our toilet draining problem with ease and thoroughly investigated further concerns, never once having any problems with me having to pull away to tend to my kids (he was great with them, too, and with having 4 boys 5 and under, there are lots of little guys running around!!). I am so grateful to MorrisJenkins for their quick action in getting me set up for the fix and even more grateful for Noah- it’s always fast friendship when meeting fellow Star Wars aficionados as well!! :) thank you for everything!!

Asked for a quote and they never followed up as promised, even after a second call.

Update: I was contacted by a Roby Rep; and was eventually provided with a quote.

I had an issue with my a/c unit and i was sweating and needed help quickly. Ernie , one of the technicians was out to my house with in 10 minutes right before 5 o clock. He was very professional and courteous to our schedule. I will keep their number on my speed dial if I ever have another issue again. !GREAT COMPANY!

Heater died. Accent fixed it for $765. Then it died again 2 weeks later. They claimed the exchanger was bad and now it needed a whole new heater for $3181. They offered $325 credit. Not happy.

RYN services replaced my water heater and did great. I would and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for your excellent service. Thomas my plumber was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
