We've been working with Kevin for nearly a decade. He has always been fair and reasonably priced, and most importantly he is honest. I definitely recommend him to anyone in the area. Great guy, great company. We've had them install several faucets, fixed a leaking hose on the kitchen sink, and replace the float switch on the sump pump.

I'm extremely happy with the job done by Service Pro Plumbing. Will showed up on time, addressed the situation that I was having, took his time time to explain the problem and what needed to be done. He not only did a great job too resolve the issue but also gave some ideas on how to keep the problem from happening again. Absolutely awesome! They are quick to get to the site, professional and kind. Called a different plumbing service before this one and the receptionist sounded burdened from a phone call. Here, they were making sure they could help as much as possible and got you to the right people in a very timely manner. Would recommend!

They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.
