Best Toilet Repair in Charlotte NC

We had an issue with the faucet in our downstairs master bathtub. The cold water side was hardly working at all. Called and spoke to Danny who was prompt to respond and got my faucet working in no time at all. Very professional and friendly and had us up and running on no time. Recommend Danny and his team to anyone needing any plumbing assistance.

Used our Home Warranty to schedule an appointment for a drain stoppage. The Home Warranty had him as one of their contracts I guess. I called the H.W on a Saturday.

I then received an email asking for my availability, which I filled out accordingly.

Long story short. Never received a call from J and E Plumbing, in which I decided to call on Sunday to see if we could schedule something for the week.

The guy answers the phone, and rudely tells me that he doesn't work on Sundays. I tell him ok, and we hang up. The following day in Monday he cancels my appointment after waiting 2 days and now would have contact someone else and wait another two or three days to schedule an appointment .

Not very professional in his part. If he didn't want the job to begin with, shouldn't have accepted the job.

The office staff was very helpful and provided multiple options to fit my needs. The Service Tech was on time, friendly, respectful, professional, and helpful. He explained everything to me and left no mess. I could not have asked for a better experience!

We have been long time customers for around 10 years. They are bathroom renovation experts and added a full bath for us on a slab foundation, not easy work. It has been a decade and the bathroom has performed flawlessly. I called 2 other companies and both quoted an incorrect technique with the wrong size pipe. Donnie told me in 10 minutes what needed to be done and performed the work on schedule and budget.

Since then they have replaced a waterline, added a pressure regulator, and fixed a frozen pipe for us.

Highly recommended especially for renovations.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Sneed's replaced the entire plumbing system for us as well as finished installation of the mechanical system when another contractor could not finish the job. They were very professional, prompt and an excellent value. I highly recommend them.

Roger was able to stop by to repair a broken/leaky shower pipe within 24 hours of us calling (he would have come sooner, but we were busy!), and he came on a Saturday! Very flexible, and when he came up he took his time, was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing, and everything he would need to do before doing it. Finally, after a small mess was made making the repair, Roger cleaned it all up himself and wouldn't let me help! We're back to a no-leak shower, and the cost of repair was more than reasonable (almost UN-reasonably good!). Highly recommend. Thanks again Roger!

Our washer hookups were leaking and based on reviews, we called Plumbing Connection. Our appt was at 1pm but they had an earlier opening and came out! The hookups were fixed (they even look much nicer than before!) in a timely manner & now we can wash clothes again! We will be using plumbing connection next time we need plumbing services & totally recommend them!
