Best Toilet Leak in Charlotte NC

Had a furnace installed with them but they moved the AC so that it wouldn't drain properly. Now my ceiling is wet, can't use my A/C, and they can't come out for another 4 days. Really? Do not use if you expect to get a job done properly or any sort of service.

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. Thankyou to Sneeds Plumbing and I will look for you guys in the future!

Scott, Jennifer, and Dawn all were outstanding in getting me set with what I needed. Scott came out twice, once for a browse, and a second time to swap out a pipe and fix the leak. And they only charged once! It was a very reasonable cost considering it was a small fix, but Riverview plumbing really put my mind at ease during a moment of panic.

Had a tankless heater that got knocked out by a summer storm while we were away on vacation. Called these folks up and they literally had me a new install same day! Oh yeah, did I mention this was on a Friday, AND July 1!?! Fantastic response, outstanding product, flawless installation. Thank you!

Their service is good. Only problem is price quoted and actual price ,sometimes does not add up. So a 4 star!

Great service: Quick and Very Efficient.
We called him, left a message, and he called us back within a few minutes. Came the same day. Replaced a toilet in about 30 minutes.
He is very honest and his work is very professional. He backs his work: told us to call him if there were any problems.

Second time in a few weeks we needed service, Chip was prompt and professional on both occasions.

Couldn’t be happier!! Michael and John were the fourth plumbers we had out to our house. No one could fix the problem we were having which took some thought and problem solving as it was an unusual issue. They took the time and we are so happy to finally have hot water in our master bathroom again. This is our new go-to plumbing company, we will be using them for our master bathroom renovation as well.
