Best Toilet Installation in Charlotte NC

We have been long time customers for around 10 years. They are bathroom renovation experts and added a full bath for us on a slab foundation, not easy work. It has been a decade and the bathroom has performed flawlessly. I called 2 other companies and both quoted an incorrect technique with the wrong size pipe. Donnie told me in 10 minutes what needed to be done and performed the work on schedule and budget.

Since then they have replaced a waterline, added a pressure regulator, and fixed a frozen pipe for us.

Highly recommended especially for renovations.

They came out on a home warranty call for our clogged kitchen drain. We had people out before that took about 5 minutes and said problem solved and it wasn't. Joe took his time and did a great job. He was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Kirk came out to our home. Gave a quote. Technicians came out. Men made comments of how much was being done for the quote given. Did some of the job and left the job undone. Replaced ac/propane heating for whole electrical system. Also vent system in the bathroom. They did alright. They left equipment at our house with holes in our bathroom ceilings. Called and no answer to repair damages. Left equipment. Lack communication. Techs that come out either don't care or just careless about what they are doing. Payback comes in all sorts of ways. We had to get another contractor to come in and fix what they didn't complete. Yes, we had to pay them as well. Now, Kirk, answer this question..you wouldn't do this to your loved ones would you?

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. Thankyou to Sneeds Plumbing and I will look for you guys in the future!

Scott, Jennifer, and Dawn all were outstanding in getting me set with what I needed. Scott came out twice, once for a browse, and a second time to swap out a pipe and fix the leak. And they only charged once! It was a very reasonable cost considering it was a small fix, but Riverview plumbing really put my mind at ease during a moment of panic.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Several weeks ago I detected a serious leak in my garage. I hired a plumber who assured me he could fix it. The leak was still present after a few days. I called plumber #2 and he put a huge hole in my ceiling and also guaranteed that the leak was now fixed. After having the huge hole in my ceiling repaired and painted, days later, the leak was back with a vengeance.
