Best Faucet Repair in Charlotte NC

Customer service is a failure. They gave me an appointment one week and I told them it was not a convenient time. They rescheduled a week later (no problem - not an emergency). I was told my window was 8-12 am. Called the day before the appt to say my window was 4-6pm - I couldn't be there. They insisted they never gave me a different time; the person who said this was the same one who made the 8-12am appt. bc I recognized her voice.

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. Thankyou to Sneeds Plumbing and I will look for you guys in the future!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by Riverview Plumbing Repair. Scott identified the two issues that we had and repaired them quickly making sure that we understood what he was doing. Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Pork Chop’s Plumbing customer for life!

Fatman Plumbing was very professional and on time. We had to leave by a certain time for our trip and they completed the work well before the time was up. It was awsome of them to accomondate to our schedule.

Lawrence is very professional and he did a great job replacing 4 interior doors for us. We would recommend him if you need new doors installed! He looked for ways to minimize our costs! Great job!

He came on a late Friday evening before heading out on vacation with his family. They were waiting in the vehicle. He fixed a wall connection on the hit water heater. I haven't had a problem since.

We've been working with Kevin for nearly a decade. He has always been fair and reasonably priced, and most importantly he is honest. I definitely recommend him to anyone in the area. Great guy, great company. We've had them install several faucets, fixed a leaking hose on the kitchen sink, and replace the float switch on the sump pump.

Called last night about 5:30 PM and left a message expecting a call back today. Jim called back within minutes and scheduled Chip for 9 this morning. He arrived promptly, evaluated the issue and texted an estimate within minutes.
After discussing the estimate ( that was several hundred dollars LESS than a competitor) I called Jim to schedule the job that he did for TODAY!
They are competent, professional, pleasant and easy to work with

Mr William is an amazing plumber and fixed all my problems within a few hours! From the moment I called, they were so responsive, gave me a time when they would be at my place and fixed my washing machine leak. It was a complex problem because I'm in a lower-level condo in Cornelius but they fixed it no problem! Mr William is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him! Thank you Mr William!
