I'm converting my 4 bed/2.5 bath home into a rental unit pending a relocation. I originally found RYN Services through the Home Depot Pro contractors services, and initially needed a small section of fencing replaced. Most handyman services or fence companies did not treat this job seriously, as it may not have reached the minimum work threshold they require for an on-site quote. RYN Services and their project manager, Lawrence Hall, were the only one of four who actually took the time to visit the home to provide a quote. Conversations with Lawrence evolved, as he made me aware of the full suite of services RYN provides Re.: rental properties, the scope of the job grew to include interior painting, replacement of three toilets, the new fencing and other items. Although there was some initial quality issues with their fence sub-contractor, Lawrence and RYN came through and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would hire RYN Services again, and Lawrence Hall in particular.

Hello, When I called this company they put us first. The owner made us an appointment that fit our schedule not theirs. We have used this company before in install a water heater. The young man Chip is the employee that did the work. He is very kind and caring. The job was very efficiently done. We needed your service again, upon calling we requested that Chip would do the work for us. If your company had more like Chip your company would take the market by storm. Will made the effort to come out to our home within 3 hours of calling for help to clear a toilet pipe backup, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He even offered to show us via his fiber optic camera the source of the blockage and offered some excellent advice on how to prevent recurrence.

One of the first guages i have is how a customer responds to a request for service. One phone call to them. Said they would be there that afternoon or next morning. No show, not even a call. Got a phone call three days later at 8pm. Are you interested in plumbing service? i said yes and told them i called three days ago. someone will call you within a half an hour. No phone call. Called them the next morning to check on status. Someone will call you right back. No call by the end of the day. If someone doesnt have the courtesy to follow up or lie about a follow up phone call, i doubt there actual service is any good. Let alone if you have an issue with their work that they would respond. Poor managment and customer service.
