Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Fast, reasonable, and courteous! Our pipes were getting really loud and I knew it was time to have the pressure reducing valve replaced. FATman showed up, assessed the situation, and within 10 minutes, the valve was replaced and the noise was gone! I may have been able to do this myself but after getting my own valve from Lowes and finding out the threads on the fittings were a different size, I would've had to hunt down new fittings, cut the pipes, and risk causing more damage than I started out with. FATman provided a 5 year warranty that I couldn't pass up, nor could I get the job done so quickly! Thanks FATman!

AVOID PERFIX COMPANY. IT'S REALLY BAD, THE WORST. I'M SO DISAPPOINTING and upset how he stole my time and money. This is the kind of job PERFIX does. No ONLY he took 2 weeks when he said 1 week. He was coming to work 2 hours and leave. Now I'm calling and texting to come and fix what he didn't do correct and he does not answer. He did post few days ago the pic of my bathroom, now he erase them, well here is the truth of his job. My bathroom sink is licking everywhere, my shower is not mixing the right temperature. You can see the pictures of Mazin m elzayat kind of work. HE IS AN AMATEUR, UNPROFESSIONAL, HE HAS NOT WORK ETHICS.

The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone.
