South End came on a Friday afternoon to replace my broken water heater with a new tankless water heater. I could find no one that would come out on a Friday afternoon. Not only did they show up, their two employees, Jim and Mike, worked nonstop in a very hot attic the entire afternoon removing my old water heater and installing the new tankless water heater. They were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job… I could not be happier. The price was better than the other quotes I had received from other plumbers who told me they could not even show up until the following week. John replaced our worn out Hot Water Tank with a Rinnai Tankless system. He offered us a good price and installation within 24 hours. The gas company couldn't look at our place for a week and then needed another 2-3 weeks for the install which is just too long without hot water.

I've done some plumbing work in the past so I can recognize a professional, meticulous installation, and John's work is impeccible. The difference between John's work and most plumbers who barely meet local codes is easily noticeable.

He told me a timeframe when he would show up and I got a text message when he was on his way. It's quite nice not to have to wait and wait...

Even more impressive, I called back a few days after the install to ask a question and John answered the call and spent another 10 minutes explaining how the recirculation works. A prompt and install and great support after you've paid is awesome!

As for pricing, one of the larger companies, initials MJ, wanted 2x the price for the hot water heater and installation.

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

I contacted American Leak Detection online and requested service because of a frozen pipe in my front yard. The women who called me was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. A team of 2 people came out to locate my leak. They charged $700 up front in order to locate it. They marked the spot approx. 3'x3' I spent the next couple days digging, and went down over 3 feet. No leak, not even a pipe. I called the company back on a Saturday, and there was no answer. This is understandable as they were closed. I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. I ended up digging from my water meter and found the water line wasn't even close to the spot they marked. I called back during business hours and spoke to the same women. She requested I email photos showing where the leak ended up being located. I sent these photos in via email. I requested a partial refund (not 100% as they did have time and labor here) I received a call back 6 days later from the owner Dennis Fair. I believe this guy is the owner of the franchise in this area. He was very rude and honestly just a complete D-bag. He asked why I didn't call back, and when I explained I did, and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message he said that wasn't true

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I think they have great customer service on their phone lines.The first man that came out to my house said there was a leaky valve and he replaced it. That didn't fix the problem so I called them back out. The second guy said there was nothing wrong with the machine. I called them again and he called me to say he was going to come out and drain the Freon, blow out the lines and refill the Freon. The third technician that came to my house was incredibly rude and not courteous. He basically said there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner. I asked what is causing it to freeze up and he proceeded with, I don't know what to tell ya. I told him what the second guy said and he said he wasn't going to do that because there wasn't a restriction. Ok, so how do I find out what is causing it. He says, I don't know. Then, he said it was overfilled with Freon ( which was recently filled by the same company) and he couldn't get it out. I said ok, well I guess I don't know what else to say. He said yeah, ok well you are blocking me so I need out..... You are an air conditioning company....my air is freezing... you cannot tell me why???? Then, why should I use this company?? Your main job is to tell me what is wrong with my machine and fix it... This problem was unresolved and I am now out 100 dollars. Incredibly wrong.

Sneed's replaced the entire plumbing system for us as well as finished installation of the mechanical system when another contractor could not finish the job. They were very professional, prompt and an excellent value. I highly recommend them.

Scott did an excellent job. Both him and Dawn were a pleasure to work with during the replacement of our master shower.

my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.

The cheapest and most professional plumbers with most definitely use them again polite and on time their is no one better.
