Best Installation Repair in Charlotte NC

Very pleased with my experience with Carolina Plumbing Pros today. The technician Brannon called me prior to arrival and was on time and professional, going above and beyond to provide his advice on the optimal approach to resolving our issue. I would definitely recommend their services.

Dakota P. went way above what was expected in helping us with all of our plumbing needs today. We had several tasks, and he went through the solutions for each one with us. He made it very clear for us. Then he worked to complete each repair, while keeping us informed throughout the day. Dakota even helped me exchange our old washer for the new washer from my garage.The repairs totaled about $2,000. We were very happy with both the results and the process. We definitely recommend Dakota for any future repairs.

Almonte plumbing was great. They got the job done quick and efficient. They went above and beyond to repair a problem that the original installer neglected. There were very friendly and considerate as well. You will be in good hands!

Roby reached out to me to set up an appointment with a field service manager to check over the panel upgrade and verified that everything was installed correctly. Thank you. I appreciate the time they took to ensure that I was ultimately taken care of. It is very refreshing to see that they are willing to learn and improve from my feedback.

Hired Roby to do a panel upgrade in 2017 (from 150 amp to 200 amp.) I was told this was a standard job. I had read many good reviews before hiring Roby and thought this would be straightforward.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with their work. To sum this up -- a lot of mistakes were made and it appeared that this job was rushed.

Here is a list of what went wrong:

(1) The electrician who came to my house told me that upgrading the outside equipment/wiring was not part of the scope (which did not make sense to me because if the outside equipment/wiring where the electricity flows into the house is not rated for 200 amp, then it doesn't matter if the inside panel is...). He then called the main office who told him that the outdoor work WAS part of the scope and needed to be completed. Had I not asked about the outside equipment/wiring, this would have delayed the completion. This also indicates a lack of clear communication to the electrician from the main office/project manager.

(2) After replacing the panel/circuits/wiring and re-energizing the circuits, the circuit that the hot water heater is on was NOT properly re-set and therefore did not get re-energized. This left us without hot water for the weekend. There were also 6 mislabeled circuits (i.e. the second floor was listed as the third floor, etc.) that I spent 2+ hours re-labeling that weekend.

(3) A 220V wire that had been disconnected from the panel (before bringing Roby in) was re-energized. This wire was purposely left disconnected as the appliance it had been connected to was removed from my home and the plastic insulating layer on the wire was compromised (I did not want to use this wire for any new appliance or other future use as there is more risk because of the insulation damage). Unfortunately this wire was strung through the entire length of my home and I could not remove it unless I ripped up floors. Roby should have paid more attention to which wires were and were not energized BEFORE completing the upgrade instead of wiring up everything and assuming it was safe to do so. I know it is not uncommon in older homes (like mine) that wires are left disconnected from the panel because they are no longer in use (they are left there disconnected because it is too difficult/expensive to completely remove them from the walls leading up to the panel.)

(4) There was an electrical outlet in the way of where the new, larger panel needed to go. The electrician removed that outlet and did not tell me. My husband later noticed the outlet was missing, so I called Roby and requested that it be replaced, which it was. This indicates lack of attention to detail and possibly dishonesty.

I felt that I had to follow-up on many details and did not trust that the upgrade was done correctly. I felt that Roby was trying to get the job done quickly but not correctly.

Thomas has helped us several times over the last few years. Very professional, timely and excellent overall service. I can’t recommend him enough!

Worked here for awhile(almost a year). Office staff was friendly and the work that we done was quality. This is a family ran business that can handle the big job. Hope to see nothing but growth in the future for these guys

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

All I can say is David is a LIFESAVER. Not only is he a great plumber, but a super nice person. He saved my shop from being flooded and me from having a nervous breakdown! I can never thank him enough!

The service we received from Plumbing Experts was above outstanding. John Gallagher provided our estimate for our tankless water heater. He was so thorough with explaining the different units available and recommended the best unit for our townhouse to replace our 50-gallon hot water tank that was in our attic. John also installed the new tankless water heater from start to finish. He did a great job! We could tell from the very beginning John was honest, very knowledgeable and experienced with Rinnai tankless water heaters. It works great and we love it! We would highly recommend Plumbing Experts and especially John.
We did get a couple other estimates before settling on Plumbing Experts. Their price was very competitive, but their sales presentation, warranty, and service were by far above the other companies. Highly Recommend!!

MD installed my tankless water heater several years ago. I have since called them for all my plumbing needs.

Highly recommend; Clay was assigned to my project. He was informative, patient with my questions, fast with the installaton, and went the extra mile doing extra tasks in consideration of my broken ankle. Mr. King worked with me on payment options. I will call on this company again when the need arises

my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.

Might not be the cheapest, but they saved me money because other companies were unable to diagnose the problem and had recommended far more extensive repairs. All employees were extremely professional and polite. Will use 10 times out of 10.

Incomplete work and will.not reply to.my calls.

Installed new water heater. Price was great service excellent.
