Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

We had a supply line to our kitchen faucet break. We called South End Plumbing and they were able to get a technician over within a few hours. He provided a free assessment and estimate, which included ordering a replacement line. Because we have a Moen set, the part was covered by warranty but of course we did pay for the labor. He was able to get the new line the next day and came back to install it. Great response, fast service, and we can highly recommend them!

In the ocean of contractors that we had in our home during massive renovations, David and his entire crew at Signature Plumbing were SHINING STARS of professionalism, compassion, accommodation and problem solving. So many things could have gone haywire, but they never became giant problems because of these great plumbers!! They even squeezed us into their busy schedule to come out to help us set up a useable bathroom so the stress of renovation didn't have to be horrible. BEST PLUMBERS IN CLT!

After 4 other people had been in our attic, MD Plumbing was finally able to diagnose and repair our leak. They were on time and very professional and he was also able to unclog a shower drain that a previous plumber told us he didn't need to unclog. We would not call anyone else but MD Plumbing in the future!

Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs

Raffaello was prompt and early with his service! We needed to reconnect our outside spigot with a water source, and he was able to complete it in 30 minutes. We can now water our back garden easily and set up a baby pool. So excited! Would definitely recommend and use again!

We came home from a weekend away to find our house at 88 degrees. Of course this was a Sunday night. We contacted the company that we had a warranty with but could get no response. Finally called another local company who came out and fixed it. But 2 days later it was out again. Company came back and decided it needed a new fan motor and replaced it that day. By that evening, no AC again! Started getting the run around when we called again. Had heard a lot of positive experiences with Accent Comfort Services from 2 family members and 2 other friends. We called them and they came out the next morning. They found the motor that was installed to be defective. We contacted the original company who installed it and they argued that it was surely not defective but would send someone out. It was a no show. Called Accent Comfort Services again - they came out the next day. It was then determined that the wrong type fan motor had been installed by the original company. Accent immediately got a new fan motor, installed it, and it's been working perfectly since.

Throughout the entire process, Accent Comfort Services (Dan Mills) and all the staff were extremely professional and followed up with exceptional communication. They assured me they would do everything they could to get us comfortable again in our home. I would highly recommend them!

Sneed's replaced the entire plumbing system for us as well as finished installation of the mechanical system when another contractor could not finish the job. They were very professional, prompt and an excellent value. I highly recommend them.

I have waited approximately ten months for Riverview Plumbing Repair to address a workmanship issue. I brought a case against Riverview to the Fort Mill Magistrate (the first and only case that I have ever submitted anywhere), and I was awarded a judgment. (I believe that I may have been awarded more, but the judge would not present most of my evidence, because of cyber security concerns. I had submitted a lot of visual evidence, using pictures and videos, on a flash drive after receiving the reply, “Yes just bring a flash drive to us!!” from a Court Specialist.) But much like my emails regarding the workmanship issue, the owner has ignored my messages to resolve the workmanship issue and the judgment. I have spoken to the receptionist (who is the owners’ wife), but she has told me I need to speak with the plumber/owner. He has not returned my calls or responded to my emails. Thus, I have also submitted paperwork to the Better Business Bureau.

I hired Riverview to do a full house repipe project in May, 2021, because I had numerous Dura-Pex leaks. In previous years, I had fixed five leaks myself prior to hiring this plumber. I had a very good idea of what needed to be done, and I had actually done most of the drywall removal/preparatory work myself. During the Estimate walk-through, I made specific requests regarding how to access specific piping between a bathroom and the laundry room and piping to an upstairs bathtub. Those requests were not followed. Although the Invoice email sent via his cell phone while the owner was in my house contains this verbiage, “The greatest compliment we can receive from a customer is a referral to a friend or neighbor, if there is any reason that you would not refer us please contact us so that we may address the issue.”, the owner did not want to hear my feedback. He actually told me something like, “there is nothing that can be done now”...and after his “work” that was true. He tried to loudly justify his approach, although I had confirmed with the York County building inspector, who was a former plumber, that he easily could have used the approach that I requested. That York County inspector also initially failed the plumbing inspection, because the owner/plumber missed SIX spots of fire caulking. I paid the invoice, which was basically a duplicate of the Estimate and contained no detail for plumbing supplies or labor, in full by handing the owner a check after voicing my displeasure on a Friday, the last day of the project. The following Wednesday, I noticed the workmanship issue. So, I sent an email to the email address that was used to send the Invoice to me. I sent a total of four emails over various months regarding the issue, but never received a response. Thus, I filed the paperwork for my Civil Case in December.

Although I have not had any additional pipe leaks since the project, the workmanship issue has not been addressed. The Fort Mill Magistrate judgment has not been addressed. In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I have received on any home project in any house that I have ever owned. I always try to use a small local company for things that I do not address myself, but I would not recommend Riverview Plumbing Repair. I totally understand that no one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes. Unfortunately, it appears that the owner of Riverview Plumbing Repair does not see that he can make mistakes...even though the initial inspection failed due to his workmanship. I also believe that others may have had a better experience with Riverview, but perhaps they may need to think about what you understood about the project before it started.
