I had no hot water. I had the gas company come out and he said it was a problem with my thermostat on the heater. My hot water heater was still under warranty for parts. I was able to get the part and my brother replaced it for me. We were still unable to get the pilot light to stay lite. So I called Accent because they were mentioned on the Rheem website. I wasn't sure if there was something else going on inside the heater. The guy came out and was able to light the pilot light in less than 5 minutes. I am not sure if it just needed time for the gas to start flowing again or what. They charged me $150 to light the pilot light! It was ridiculous. I wish I would have tried to relight it myself before the technician arrived. I would have saved $150.

Discovering a water leak this morning - and mindful of their past service - I again called Riverview. Within a few hours, Scott came by to very competently find and resolve the problem. He is the best!

I requested to have a bathroom sink drain hooked up, since I renovated one of our bathrooms. The drain for the new sink didn't match the drain for the old sink. It was off about an inch or so. The plumber came out and did a great job. But then, the total cost was a complete sticker shock. Nothing on the website told me there was $99 service/dispatch fee. Even the text that we received from Fatman did not alert us of this. Then, add the $200 cost to do the actual job. It cost me over $300 to do a job I thought would be very simple for the professionals. Nothing against FATman. They did a great job. But I think the breakdown of the costs should have been told to me before I accepted, rather than be told after the fact.

The experience that I had today with the Plumbing Connection team surpassed what I anticipated. These guys not only get the job done in a timely manner they are very customer oriented. I would recommend them to anyone that was in need of any plumbing issues. Jim Bridges and his entire team get 5 stars from me...
