Almonte plumbing was great. The owner promptly responded to my request and was able to get in as early as possible. In typical fashion, all our problems happened over Thanksgiving weekend. He resolved our issues, provided value, and other recommendations for future plumbing needs at a more than fair price. It is always great to find a local business that is committed to helping out the community. We will be definitely utilizing his services again in the future.

I cannot say enough about the EXCELLENT service we received from Roby on our HVAC system. This was easily the most positive experience I think we could’ve had under the circumstances. It may seem easy and convenient to call one of the big, mainstream, open until midnight HVAC companies, but don't! They are at the high end of the cost spectrum and trained to scare you into thinking you need to do more work on your systems than you actually do. Instead, do yourself a favor and call Roby - you won’t regret it!

Overall, Jeremy and Anthony from Roby did a great job explaining what was going on with our system, what actually needed to be repaired (and what didn’t) and all of the factors impacting the cost of the repair. After calling one of the mainstream repair shops and being quoted what seemed an excessive amount for the repair we needed (fan motor replacement) and pushed to replace a very expensive part that wasn’t even broken, we passed on the repair and called Roby upon recommendation from a close friend. They treated us with respect, provided lots of information and education, and performed the repair for $235 less (more than 25% less) than what we were quoted by the bigger, well known shop. They even went above and beyond by calling the AC manufacturer to see if the part we needed was under parts warranty - something separate from a home warranty that we had never heard of and was never mentioned as an option by the first repair shop! While this part was not under warranty, Roby found out that other, more expensive parts on our unit ARE still under warranty, which we would’ve never known had we not called Roby! They did this despite knowing a part warranty would’ve decreased their take home pay on the repair!

Ultimately, I would recommend Roby Services to any friend or family member in need of HVAC or plumbing services. They are standup, trustworthy folks who approach your repairs the same they would their own family members - you won’t be viewed only as a paycheck!

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. I called for a ederly citizen because she said her toilet had been stopped up for months! When South End Plumbing came in and flush the toilet, it went down! She was shocked!
The plumber could have charged but he said no charge!

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cursed my wife out for no apparent reason. I don't know if he was drunk when he answered the phone but he sounded like he may have been intoxicated. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his attitude is totally unacceptable. I would recommend staying away from this guy. He seems like a real hot head.

Great service. They came out and checked my water heater during a giant storm, and had it replaced the next day. They were very professional and accommodating.
