Estimated price was final price. Mike is very personable and friendly. The actual work was done quickly and accurately. The bad: failed to get permit at beginning of work, caused a 3 day job to turn into a 3 month job. This oversight was dumped in our laps to sort out,, with no help from plumbers. Terrible planning. Office has almost no idea of what field personnel are doing. Almost total lack of communication. The concrete patch work, in dug up foundation pad, looked like it was done by a five year old. The final retile we needed to do was subpar, In large part, because of this shoddy concrete patch. Total interaction with these people was frustrating and maddening. Such unprofessional behavior from what could be a great company. Wife is pleased with work, I am not happy, at all, with what we had to put up with, go through and settle with. On top of this delay, they are expecting instant payment. I sent a check out at their first invoice and have received almost daily demands for their money. 3 months for a 3 day job, they can wait on the Post Office for their payment. I would never have these people in my house again. I fear my wife would, however. Terrible outfit to deal with.

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

Very knowledgeable plumber came to fix a recurrent clogged toilet. This was the second plumber to take a look (first from SE Plumbing)- The plumber went to crawlspace first (vs toilet) and found the problem after some agitation of the pipe and history of the event. I was using 2 ply toilet paper for the high efficiency mode of a dual flush toilet. Excellent catch! No charge for coming out as we discussed future plumbing concerns (i.e., a 12 year old water heater). Highly recommend!

My property manager gave me MD Plumbing’s number for assistance with a sewage backup into my tub. On a Saturday. On a holiday weekend. Adam returned my call within a few minutes, and was at my house exactly when he said he would be. Adam was able to find the cause of the problem that FIVE previous plumbers missed, showed me the pictures of the pipes, and was thorough in his explanation of what was going wrong. Plus, he cleaned up that horrifying mess in my tub. Thanks to Adam and MD Plumbing!

Our water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced the traditional tank with a new tankless heater and had the job done and cleaned up within 24 hours.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
