Best Water Line Leak in Charlotte NC

This past week I came home to a leaking hot water heater knowing it was time to be replaced. (15 years old) So my thought process was to get up the next morning and try and set up some time for the obvious to come out and give me some estimates. Then I thought 2 weren't enough so I ended up Google-ling plumbers in the Charlotte area and there they were....Michael & Sons, had great reviews!! So I ended up setting up an appointment and the same day they came out and gave me an estimate. From the moment I spoke with the representative, Keona and having a knowledgeable CERTIFIED Technician, Brian Thompson give me the estimate and come back out the next day to install my water heater, nothing but professionalism and great customer service. I will definitely recommend Michael & Son to anyone I know in need of HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing needs. Thanks Brian!

Great experience using TOLINY for electrical work. Response time was very timely, he was very knowledgeable of all things electrical and had good work ethics. He was also very transparent with us on what needed to be done and didn't try to sell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need.

The big job was to replace the RO water system at our kitchen sink. We had pre-purchased the RO system. He removed our previous 6 yr old system and insed the new one. He had a concern that the new one ight have a leak. We will monitor that. He left after 2hr 10 min total. Nice guy.
