The person who answered our call who identified themselves as Tony, was right on time. Tony treated our home with respect, kept us updated on what he was doing and why, worked diligently, and cleaned up after himself. It was necessary to cut into the wall to access the valve. They consistently deliver. They stand behind their work, and unlike with a fly-by-night company, you won't have to chase them down for follow-ups forever. They always makes an effort to get the job done properly the first time.

The entire experience was first class. Our kitchen sink vent pipe busted on Thanksgiving. After 3 attempts over 3 days to get a hold of my go-to plumber, we could no longer wait. I used MJ's online appointment request and within 4 hours, our pipe was fixed! Brice was very professional and knowledgeable. He had all the parts he needed for the repair with him. I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Called on a Sunday, they came quickly and got my hot water heater running - temporarily. They came back on Monday to replace it along with a sump pump and ended up working VERY late, without complaint to get everything done. They were great!

James was very responsive, timely. He kept us updated while I was at work on everything that was happening, that's hars to find in other companies. These guys actually cared about the work they were doing and bent over backwards to get our water running again. We will definitely be calling them for future repairs.

Our water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced the traditional tank with a new tankless heater and had the job done and cleaned up within 24 hours.

Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.

I had an issue with my a/c unit and i was sweating and needed help quickly. Ernie , one of the technicians was out to my house with in 10 minutes right before 5 o clock. He was very professional and courteous to our schedule. I will keep their number on my speed dial if I ever have another issue again. !GREAT COMPANY!

I won a Judgment with the local Magistrate, but I have not received the judgment amount from Riverview Plumbing Repair, LLC that was ordered by the local judge. I have also submitted a Customer Review with the Better Business Bureau.

I hired Riverview for a full-house pipe replacement job. I had fixed five pipe leaks myself before gathering estimates, so I had an understanding of the entire project with regard to drywall and plumbing.

During the Estimate, I requested that access to a bathroom be made through the laundry room to reduce drywall work that I was going to finish myself. That request was not followed. The plumber/owner stated that he HAD to do the work his way. I subsequently verified with the county inspector, who was a former plumber, that my requested approach was acceptable since there are various ways to run pipe.

On Monday, the first day of the week-long project, the plumber and his helper left after around 2 hours since I had done most of the drywall prep work myself. I called their office around noon and talked to the receptionist. I asked that the plumber (at that time I did not know he was also the owner) call me about my basement's plumbing.

On Tuesday, the plumber stated that he did not receive my message until Tuesday morning. Per documentation that Riverview supplied, “When we contract with you to provide this service we commit an entire team to be focused on your project exclusively from the moment we first arrive to start the project until the project is completed.”. Additionally, I subsequently verified (with her) that the receptionist is the plumber's wife.

The plumber originally missed 6 fire caulking spots, and the county inspector originally failed the inspection.

On Friday, after the fire caulk issues were fixed, I voiced my displeasure with the owner about not following my requests. I then paid the final Invoice, which matched the original Estimate, in full.

The following Wednesday, I noticed an issue with an outside faucet. I sent four separate emails about, what I considered, a workmanship issue. Not knowing his workload, I sent those four emails over a six month time period. I did not receive a response to any of the emails.

After approximately six months from the date I paid in full, I submitted Summons & Complaint paperwork with the local Magistrate. The owner/plumber and I attended a hearing with a local judge. The judge awarded me a portion of the amount that I requested. I have talked to the receptionist (the owner's wife), sent text messages, sent emails, and left a voice mail. I have never received a response from the owner/plumber.

Highly recommend these guys. Fantastic job and timely completion of work. Down to earth people and do a great job.
