Stan He came 30 minutes we called, very honest, listen what I said and asked me what I needed to be done. Got started on fixing the problem. I had Morris Jenkins at first but wasn't satisfied with their attitude or price. Glad we found S.E.P. If I waited to write my review it would have been not happy. Funny how people get after they get your money. They went from nice to disrespectful.I would give a ONE STAR NOW.

MD has been great with us. We needed an estimate done. We had alot of companies come out to give us insight. It was a great learning experience for myself. MD was the only company that answered the phone, had a tech come out that day, and have us the quote within the next business day. Alot of the other local companies dragged with one or if not all of these. Some places took almost 2 weeks to get us the estimate. These guys work quick! At the end of the day Ron also gave us the most information. He was awesome to work with. I'm excited to work with them in the future with some other projects I have in the pipe line. No pun intended lol. Thanks guys!!

I had an issue with our septic pump and King Plumbing was able to come out sooner than expected which was phenomenal. Clay and Travis did exceptional work and was very personable during their time here. I will definitely be continuing to use them for all future maintenance and repairs. Will and his partner did a FANTASTIC job with the install of my garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, and toilet! They were able to diagnose the problems with my garbage disposal & toilet in less than 5 minutes! They are true professionals and know what they're doing! As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.

My mom and I called them to replace our garbage disposal And before he agreed to come out he asked us a few simple questions to see if we were able to fix it and thankfully we fixed it with a flick of a switch.. they very well could have charged us to come out and replace it (like we were expecting), it shows they really care about the customers and not a paycheck!!

Josh and David were extremely knowledgable and efficient. Problem solved quickly and for a fair cost. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.

The cheapest and most professional plumbers with most definitely use them again polite and on time their is no one better.
