When my 20+ yr-old master bath commode would not stop trickling, they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was needed, installed the necessary new internal parts, and cleaned up without a hitch. Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. Top notch service! Started our morning with a crack in heating system potentially exposing family to carbon monoxide. Tech was here asap bright and early went out of his way to find the crack and sent an emergency team out for total replacement . Having a 1 year old we were in extreme panic . By 8pm service was complete . New heating system , new duct full install new thermostats and full demo on how to use the new products. Jarrette F , Ron, Allen, Cody were all truly lifesavers . Extremely professional , kind , efficient, and cared for us as if we were their family. Same day completion with outstanding service . We will recommend morris Jenkins 100x over!

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. Dave and Jon from American Leak Detection just finished working with us on locating a leak that was under the foundation in our basement. They were professional and extremely helpful. Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
