The office staff dispatching the repair people are very friendly and sympathetic, and the repairmen we dealt with were so thorough. Specifically, Robert was terrific. Took his time to inspect all issues and explain the root of the problem. He was courteous when entering the home, wearing booties and a mask. The companies overall aesthetic and cleanliness from their trucks to the equipment they use is also reassuring that they take pride in their trade. We have used South End on two separate occasions and will definitely call them again with any future plumbing needs.

Jason was excellent, thorough and extremely helpful. I could not be happier with his work. Lets not forget about Jackie and her exactness and attention to detail either, she actually got me service much faster than expected. When I have plumbing issues again, and I'm certain I will, MD will be my first call.

I had an emergency on a Sunday and my regular plumber said it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me. Then I started calling around and someone recommended King Plumbing. I called and left a message. Drew called me back immediately. Within the hour, Clay was here and cleaned out the clog in the pipes. I highly recommend King Plumbing and they will be my “go to” plumber in the future.

Dimitry installed a new dishwasher and faucet for us. He did an excellent job for a fair price and was professional and personable. We will definitely give him a call for any future needs and would highly recommend him.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. I had a main water line to break at my rental property. I contacted American Leak Detection and they responded quickly to this matter. They found the exact location of the leak and explained everything to me in detail that would need to be done. Dave and Jon did an amazing job and provided excellent service.

Accent was very speedy on their response and scheduling was easy. The technician was very friendly and helpful. My only hesitation in using again is their pricing. They say that to come out and look at it it’s $69 dollars. They will definitely find a way to charge you more even if nothing needs to be done. I will look elsewhere because of this pricing tactic.

We used Will to connect us to city sewer. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He was punctual and professional. We were pleased with his documentation on the initial estimate. He performed the job as described and according to schedule and price. If you have need for plumber, we highly recommend Will. He is an asset to our community.

Had an issue with our bathtub faucet. We attempted to repair it ourselves but found out quickly we needed professional help. Called Chris at Helms plumbing and within a couple of hours Jon and Jimmy came to save the day. So thankful that they were able to come even though it was late when I called. Very polite, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them!
