Toilet/bathroom had overflowed the day before thanksgiving with water from our washer. Called MD and they were out within an hour. Fixed the issue and even told us what to look for and how to fix ourselves. Offered to come out on thanksgiving if it happened again. Really nice, professional and will definitely (hopefully don’t have to) use them again for any plumbing issue.

They came within 2 hrs for emergency drain cleaning . Quickly isolated the issue and repaired very promptly. Absolutely stellar performance!!! Very personable worker. Highly recommend.!

Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.

The whole crew is like family and they take care of you like you are family. It was a big job at my house. I had acidic hard well water. Jim teaches, recommends and allows you to choose what is best for your situation. For me, they completely replaced every water line from the well to every sink, toilet, shower. They also installed a top of the line filtration system that is very low maintenance. The drywall was repaired. All clean up done. They did follow up. Came out to tweak a few things. And it was $500+ under their estimate. Without hesitation, I recommend Plumbing Connection.

Disappointed. I called for a quote to install an ice maker connection and requested a 'ball park' figure. They would not provide even a 'ball park' figure without showing up to check it out at a cost of $80 for the visit. The quote was $520.00 so I wrote the check for $80 and sent them on their way. Feeling used. Found someone to do it for $200.
