I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

I have used many plumbers in the past and I can’t say how happy I was that we used this service. Rick did not only help us, but he saved us a lot of time and money. I highly recommend Rick and his company. He also happens to be a super nice guy. This is called customer service, and loyalty.

Best plumbers in Charlotte was able to clear a drain when two other companys failed

We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***

Carolina Plumbing Pros is great! I've used them several times. They're always professional, prompt and easy to work with. This last time they fixed a small leak in my toilet that was difficult to find. Although it took 2 visits, they were happy to work me in on a Friday when I called to say the leak wasn't fixed. Carolina Plumbing Pros will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing problem.

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away. I will defiantly call Pay Less Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future. TJ was very knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful every step of the way. 4 years ago Roby Installed my generator since then they have become my go to electrician. When they installed the generator they corrected some out of code wiring done by the pool contractor a few years earlier. It is good to know you can trust your electrician. Although I have not meet Sandy I always ask and deal with her. Sandy's phone manner is exemplary , which illustrates the company's dedication to a quality professional service. Thanks Roby

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

Place sucks except for a couple dudes

John was good at communicating about his arrival time. He explained our options very well and was quick to install our new water heater.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

Called to offer work and before I could even tell him the location he hung up.
