After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I would definitely recommend giving these guys/gals a call for any plumbing projects.

We had them replace all polybutylene pipe with PEX in the house we just purchased, install new toilets, move a gas regulator outside, and replace a kitchen faucet.

The good:
- Price quoted was similar to other companies
- Their office staff and plumbers were pleasant to interact with
- Price paid was same as price quoted
- They rescheduled to another day without issue when the painters' schedule and theirs conflicted
- When the gas regulator move wasn't as straightforward as expected, they went back to the shop, got the extra parts needed, and handled it within the scope of work.
- They finished the majority of the work in one day, with just a few things left on day 2
- The new pipes work!

The bad:
- Office person and lead plumber are out of sync. Originally we got everything scheduled for plumbing, then drywall repair and paint, then move-in, but the office person was assuming a date that didn't actually work, causing them to instead get scheduled in the middle of painting, which forced a plumbing reschedule to after move-in
- All of my hardwood floors in the areas they worked are covered in drywall dust
- They left boot smudges on white stair fronts
- They forgot part of the scope of work (kitchen faucet) until I reminded them
- They used my ladder and shop vacuum without asking -- (I know this is probably a bigger deal to me than it will be to others, and Mike made it right by reimbursing me what I asked to cover damages)
- Siding penetrations for gas line were angled upward and not caulked
- They did not caulk shower mix valves or tub spouts
- They did not properly caulk toilet bases (many gaps)
- They left polybutylene valves under our primary bathroom vanity, which leaked water when I opened them to cut them off myself
- They left puddles of water on top of the moisture barrier in our crawlspace.
- They removed insulation from under the first floor in two spots and did not replace. Same with living room ceiling/primary bath floor. They removed insulation that's currently sitting on my living room floor.

The not quite sure:
- They left one section of polybutylene pipe I wouldn't have known about if I didn't go under the house to check their work. When I asked about it, I was told someone else was coming to take care of that section, but had 6 jobs that day. But they had already sent a list of things they had left after the first day, and that was not included. I'm trying to assume positive intent, but including this here to remind you to check the work your contractors are doing.
- They left a ~10ft section of polybutylene where the primary supply comes under the foundation wall. We discussed this in our initial conversation, but to the foundation wall was not specified in the scope of work.

Toliny Plumbing and Electric went far beyond the call of duty. Due to some issues with our kitchen cabinets that were being installed, Tony ended up coming to our house a number of times to get the job done right. He didn't charge us extra - he just did a great job, for a GREAT price. We appreciate his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. We will use him for all of our electrical work.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Attempted to use this company to fix the leak under my sink as they are used by my home warranty service. Blatantly lying to a customer and my home warranty company is evidently a normal thing with these people, as they did nothing to fix my problem then told me I would have to pay for the repairs after getting approval from my warranty company to do the repairs. The manager changed his story and tried to make it seem like I was the one who had a problem after calling them out for their lying. Seems like they got approval for extra payment by my warranty company and then tried to say I had to pay as well. Not trustworthy as they lied and attempted to have me pay on top of what Choice warranty approved. Terrible customer service...

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!! He is extremely rude, disrespectful and a know it all but unfortunately knows nothing about customer service. Terrible experience!

We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard. To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded. I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours. Finally, I found Payless Plumber. They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes. He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do. And all for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.
