Best Plumbing Work in Charlotte NC

I have a 60 year old house with a clogged tub drain. I had a whole story typed out of how well it went, but to be honest, you just need to call these guys. They solved the problem, didn’t try and up-sell me on anything. Left the bathroom cleaner than what it was when they got here. Pricing I thought was extremely fair. Thanks so much for the quick and super friendly service!

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

Couldn’t recommend Rick enough! Communicating with him was a breeze, plus he’s timely responding. He’s as cheerful as he is professional. He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. Finally, he insightfully and confidently diagnosed several problems another plumber completely missed and/or misrepresented, offered a set of possible solutions, helped us pick one that would last, and executed cleanly. We are relieved we found and went with him before we locked in with the other folks. We’ll certainly call him again for future plumbing needs.

I call for estimate on my kitchen pipes replacement and trip cost. I was told the cost $250.00. I am still looking.

Bonnie is the sweetest woman and runs the appointments. They have done previous work for me when my child through an apple charger in the toilet. This time I needed one of our toilets to be reinstalled due to flooring being placed in the bathroom. The plumber was polite and cordial. However, he used our cleaning supplies and roles of paper towel. He than asked if we had silicone to seal the toilet. They wanted to charge us for his commute to Home Depot to purchase some. And than we were charge 3 dollars for the silicone they purchase. The cost for a whole tube. It took him 2.5 hrs to reinstall a toilet that had zero issues. My wife called to share her concerns and Bonnie responded with irritation. We will not use them going forward. If you know the details of the work in advance you should have the supplies you need before hand instead of asking the client. We were charged over 300.00 for the work they did. We will not use or recommend them going forward. Hope the review helps.

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

Have used them twice, and will again. Couldn't be more happy with the service, quality of work, and honesty. When Pipe Surgeon fixes a problem, it stays fixed because it was done right.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I have used Roby for years, just in the past two weeks they've worked on two of my properties. I have never had any issues with them. They always call ahead, show up on time, and seem to enjoy what they're doing. Sandy, in the office, is always exceptionally nice and helpful, and the two electricians I've dealt with in the past few weeks, Keith and Donald were very professional and easily approachable. I'd highly recommend them!!

I contacted my home warranty company regarding a leak I had from a pipe coming from my water heater. Advanced Plumbing Service was called out to complete the repair of the pipe. When APS did come out the were cordial and spent time talking with me while repairing the pipe. When they completed the repair we turned the hot water heater back on and they left after a minute or two of making sure it ran. Later that evening, about 4 or 5 hours after the original repair, I went to check on the repair and noticed the pipe was still leaking from the same area. I called APS and left a message stating that the leak was still occurring and they needed to come back. They didn't return my call so I called them again in the morning and left another voicemail. They didn't return that call so I called again and they finally picked up. As we were scheduling when they would be back to fix the repair that was not originally fixed, I was given attitude while trying to figure out the best time I could get out of work, unexpectedly, to meet them so they can fix the leak. When they arrived at the house they looked at the leak for about a minute and said it was a new leak and they would need to call the warranty company. After about 10 minutes they came back and told me that they couldn't complete the repair because the warranty company wouldn't pay them for a new job and told them it was a recall. The gentleman said to me I'm a for profit company, so I wont do a job for free. When I asked what I should do since I don't have hot water he said I need to call and put another claim in and they will reschedule to come back and fix it. When I called my home warranty company and told them the issue they said this should be a recall and the repair should be made. Unfortunately I still do not have any hot water and have to wait for a new company to come out and make the repair all because the original repair was not made.

I do not recommend and if they are called to your house for a repair I would cancel and ask for a different company.
