In January, our HVAC system was replaced with the brand of unit that I wanted along with a new thermostat. The installers arrived on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed in a reasonable amount time and satisfactorily. There were a couple of things that I needed changed and the issues were corrected very quickly to meet my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Travis Crawford Heating and cooling.

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.
