Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

I highly recommend ER plumbing service. I woke up early one morning to the sound of water spraying, seemingly through a wall. ( I immediately shutoff the main water ) I contacted ER plumbing and they immediately dispatched a service tech, Jeff Malone. When Jeff arrived he was extremely professional, concerned about my issue, and determined to find the problem. It turned out to be a leak under the concrete foundation. Yes, bad news for me. But, Jeff was determined to fix the issue with the least amount of damage to my home. He did an amazing job. I will definitely contact ER planning for any future water issues. Hopefully, I won’t need their service for myself, but will definitely refer ER Plumbing to others.Thank you Jeff!!

My husband called A+ Rooter to check on water leaking in our living room. Oscar came and courteous on all communications and the plan to fix. He, his dad, and his brother came the next day and fixed pipe leaking behind the washer. They were professionals and very friendly. Would definitely call them again!

Clayton was the employee and he was on time, knowledgeable and genuinely
wanted to help me and he did. A great representative for the company. The receptionist and dispatch was also helpful (forget their names). All are a benchmark for other companies to aspire to.

He and his technical partner were amazing. He was able to articulate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. We had a new water heater and prv installed in the main line. Overall, the Anchor experience exceeded any expectations we could possibly have had.

Damion and his crew have earned a solid recommendation from me. My water heater had been out for some time… I got a quote from Morris and Jenkins which was sky high along with hesitation to give me pricing info for details ok hardware and labor cost breakdowns.

On a friend’s’ recommendation I put in for a quote from Wonderful World via Google and received a call within an hour. After some negotiation(very responsive via text) I was scheduled for the next day a short 14 hours later. Damion had no trouble answering any questions around brands, pricing, etc. which was important to me. They came in well under the big players.

They showed up on time. Knocked out all requested work in short order, answered a few extra questions for me, cleaned up after themselves, and were generally pleasant and professional. Small companies can definitely be hit or miss, this one is a gem.

Incompetent crew cut through our cable line while installing water line next door. Line was CLEARLY marked with flags. When I confronted the crew, they denied they cut through it. After a Time Warner cable visit, it was verified it has been cut by that crew. I wouldn't trust them putting anything in your home!

Jake was amazing. He was honest and upfront, professional, and worked to ease my mind. Another company tried scare tactics and Jake was able to provide me with several solutions and impeccable service.

Brian fixed our main tub that wouldn't drain and installed a bidet. He was polite and completed the job timely.

I have used many plumbers in the past and I can’t say how happy I was that we used this service. Rick did not only help us, but he saved us a lot of time and money. I highly recommend Rick and his company. He also happens to be a super nice guy. This is called customer service, and loyalty.

Installer was polite and knowledgeable. He did a good job, worked very clean and explained the unit.

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.
