Chris was extraordinary last year when we had a significant pipe blockage in our 50 year old house. This time he repaired an outside faucet that was leaking badly. I would give 10 stars if I could. JMG Folger

Had a totally clogged bathtub and sink.
Communication was great in lining up the time.
The work was done quickly and well!

Bryan was super friendly over the phone. Knowledgeable, detailed regarding my problem, and the only person to come to my home and do a through inspection of my needs for a recommendation. He was timely after another company canceled on me at the last minute. He is my plumber provider of choice from now on!!!

Rick is an amazing plumber and extremely professional. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and ended up not even charging me for his visit. He came highly recommended from a friend and now I know why.

The technician repaired a module on my generator. He was friendly, and courteous timely, knowledgeable and corrected the previous problem.

Clog Busterz did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater and getting it up to code. It was such a great experience, it felt like we were friends and they really had our best interest at heart. They were also very sweet with our dog. 5 stars from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They have not replaced the water heater yet but will be this monday. Charles Brantley came and was able to determine based on the type of issue and age of the water heater that it needed to be replaced. Charles and Paige made the whole process painless and seemless.

I highly recommend Rose Plumbing. We needed someone right away and Chris was able to come first thing in the morning. Great service.

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

We had them replace all polybutylene pipe with PEX in the house we just purchased, install new toilets, move a gas regulator outside, and replace a kitchen faucet.

The good:
- Price quoted was similar to other companies
- Their office staff and plumbers were pleasant to interact with
- Price paid was same as price quoted
- They rescheduled to another day without issue when the painters' schedule and theirs conflicted
- When the gas regulator move wasn't as straightforward as expected, they went back to the shop, got the extra parts needed, and handled it within the scope of work.
- They finished the majority of the work in one day, with just a few things left on day 2
- The new pipes work!

The bad:
- Office person and lead plumber are out of sync. Originally we got everything scheduled for plumbing, then drywall repair and paint, then move-in, but the office person was assuming a date that didn't actually work, causing them to instead get scheduled in the middle of painting, which forced a plumbing reschedule to after move-in
- All of my hardwood floors in the areas they worked are covered in drywall dust
- They left boot smudges on white stair fronts
- They forgot part of the scope of work (kitchen faucet) until I reminded them
- They used my ladder and shop vacuum without asking -- (I know this is probably a bigger deal to me than it will be to others, and Mike made it right by reimbursing me what I asked to cover damages)
- Siding penetrations for gas line were angled upward and not caulked
- They did not caulk shower mix valves or tub spouts
- They did not properly caulk toilet bases (many gaps)
- They left polybutylene valves under our primary bathroom vanity, which leaked water when I opened them to cut them off myself
- They left puddles of water on top of the moisture barrier in our crawlspace.
- They removed insulation from under the first floor in two spots and did not replace. Same with living room ceiling/primary bath floor. They removed insulation that's currently sitting on my living room floor.

The not quite sure:
- They left one section of polybutylene pipe I wouldn't have known about if I didn't go under the house to check their work. When I asked about it, I was told someone else was coming to take care of that section, but had 6 jobs that day. But they had already sent a list of things they had left after the first day, and that was not included. I'm trying to assume positive intent, but including this here to remind you to check the work your contractors are doing.
- They left a ~10ft section of polybutylene where the primary supply comes under the foundation wall. We discussed this in our initial conversation, but to the foundation wall was not specified in the scope of work.

I'm very impressed with his honesty, integrity and technical expertise. A breath of fresh air compared to the multiple contractor experiences that I've endured over the past 15 years in south Charlotte. He has very reasonable prices compared to the big chains out there. Most importantly he is very conscientious of your property.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

I had an awesome experience !!! Not only did Danny show up on time, but he was in and out in less than 20 mins. He checked a few times to make sure that everything was working properly before he left... not to mention the cost was very affordable!! Thanks guys

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

Sandy's customer service was exceptional. It was an encouragement to speak with someone as kind and pleasant as she is. Thankful. Dave did a great job with the installation and was courteous and professional. Thanks guys!

They called this morning to schedule a more specific time and were able to come out much earler than initially scheduled! Kelly was professional but personal. He immediately suggested replacing the garbage disposal without hesitation and admitted to having to fix the work of other less professional companies when asked. I was very pleased with him and the overall experience from the company. Hopefully it won't break in two weeks like the last one....from a different plumbing company! Thank you for fixing the problem created by another!

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
