I used this company, the service was fantastic, very professional, the technician Mitch arrived on time, a very clean job, the repair and cleaning of the drain was very efficient. very professional customer service, I recommend this company and would definitely use them again in future projects.

MKB came out and unclogged a drain. They couldn't give a price over the phone. When they got here, he didn't even talk about price. Just started working outside on the city pump system. And then only doing 10 minutes of work. Comes in and tells me that its 285 dollars. And said it's a flat fee and he can't go any lower on the price and the best he can do is 250 for 10 minutes of work. And their explanation was that is what everyone else charges and they're the cheapest and that it costs that much because they used a machine. I was never given a quote, nothing. This is absolutely insanity. Do not use this company.
