Sean was so professional and responsive. I ordered the water softener from another source and it was supposed to arrive Saturday, but I didn’t want to make an appointment and then not have it show up. It did arrive Saturday and I texted Sean; he responded and said he would be here Monday morning! What service. The installation was done very professionally and he even installed a shut-off valve for my cold water line that previously had to be shut off outside in a very inconvenient manner should something happen in the middle of the night. I highly recommend Sean for any plumbing needs—he’s the best!
