They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

Justin was simply awesome performing the HVAC maintenance that I scheduled. Had a leaky tub and blocked up drain. Guy and Bud showed up right on time and fixed the issues quickly for a super reasonable rate. Lori at the office if very friendly and makes scheduling a breeze. $150.00 cheaper than the competition, family run and awesome service.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Had water leaking behind the shower wall and Vince was quick to respond so we weren't without water for long. Gave excellent suggestions to go choose our own new fixtures and was back quick to do the work. Very personable and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

They have completed multiples jobs for our family: located gas leak in main line and repaired entire mainline, converted electric to gas stove, brought water heater and furnace up to code, repaired faulty water heater part, capped off old gas fireplace to prevent further leaks.
