We had 2 toilets replaced and a water conditioner installed. It took a few visits to accomplish this but it was worth the wait. The plumbers who came were very nice and attentive to our needs. We appreciated the quality and care they put into their work. We also greatly appreciated that we could get an estimate in advance of the time and cost involved. We feel Rocketman is a company that values their customers.

Barney and Luke were fantastic. I had an issue with my water heater and they were able to address the problem and procure the needed part quickly. These guys were extremely friendly and went above and beyond in helping me to understand the issue, repair needed, parts needed, general functionality of my water heater, and how to understand, use, and maintain the replacement mechanism going forward. Barney also took a TON of photos of my water heater for my records with relevant information on its current condition and usage should problems arise in the future. I felt very informed and taken care of by these techs.

We have used them several times and every time we have been amazed with their customer service, expertise, prompt responses and just overall kind interactions. Each time they have been able to come to our home within a few hours of our request. We have used several other “big name” companies and have never been as pleased as when we use American. We are definitely going to keep using them for any of our hvac and A/C needs and HIGHLY recommend them!!

My mom had a leak at her gas meter. She called Manuel at Austin's gas plumbing and drain service they came out immediately. Awesome workmanship and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend manual in his crew at Austin gas, plumbing and drain services.

Was quoted 125 to unclog a drain which I was told took about 15 mins. They ended up going under the house inspecting my heating and cooling system went farther under than where the drain was. Looked at other drains and gave me a estimte to replumb the kitchen sink and a couple other things. Told me I was getting a good deal from them. Essentially I paid for a estimate I never asked for 160 is what my wife paid as I was at work. If I were home I would have told them to get packing. They didn't even shut the crawl space when they left. Go with a different company

My wife and I have had a wobbly toilet for a while now, but only recently noticed a bit of water coming out from under the base. In addition to the toilet, it was time for us to winterize the swamp cooler - always a pain in the behind and I was pumped to find out that there was an opening in just a few days.

Rudy was on time, professional, and extremely patient while I tagged along and asked question after question. I'm not super handy, but I like to know what's going on. After winterizing our swamp cooler he came in and quickly explained the issue with our toilet, cleaned up, and fixed it. What would have taken my wife and I many weekends, he was able to do in naught half an hour.

On top of the swamp cooler and toilet, I asked how I might fix a leaking shower faucet. Again, in a blink of an eye, he had taken the shower head off, swapped the o-ring, and applied some plumbers tape - leak destroyed!

Pricing was more than reasonable and we will be using the RX services again!

Jason and Jesus serviced my swamp cooler and furnace. They installed the filter to prevents hardwater scaling for me.. They even noted last service missed the dampers, which they will note and share with office and record for my account. 2x a year service always good. Always happy with service from mcs, last time is only time in 7years that something was missed. Very professional and courteous .thank you Jesus and Jason.
