I am a senior on a fixed income. I have had to call Wagner twice now when having issues with my water heater & today having issues with my heater not working. Come to find out I needed to replace the batteries in the thermostat. I was very impressed once again with how fast the receptionist was able to dispatch a technician. The technician responded within an hour & was able to trouble shoot & restore my heat during low winter temps I am extremely grateful & I will continue to do business with Wagner

Greg came to our home to help us with a sewage backup. He did an absolute fantastic job. We appreciated him so much for coming out at almost midnight on a holiday weekend. He was very professional & courteous. We would highly recommend him! He was a life saver!!
