The folks at Wagner went above and beyond to install our new refrigerated air system. Our initial quote didn't take into account how tight the tolerances were on our mechanical closet, but the crew and their supervisor did their best to dismantle, and today re-install, the door and framing around the opening! They were able to install our new high-efficiency combo unit and walked me through its use. We're very satisfied with their professionalism and kindness. We will continue using Wagner in the future, for sure.

Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call.
