My 15 yr old A/C system lost all refrigerant during the recent triple digit heat wave and James was able to fit us in for a complete system install to include a furnace at an exceptional price. The new system was installed within one day along with a water heater which was inspected as well and found to be leaking. Highly recommend Mother Road for any HVAC/Plumbing/electrical work. They can do it all.

Workers were knowledgable??sp they explained everything throughly and offered cheaper comp. They relit my water heater pilot &waited to make sure it stayed lit. Very professiinal and friendly. Once again pleased with your company & employees.

Mike runs a very professional outfit. He has done a complete hvac replacement for me and most recently saved me a bunch of money on some duct work. He is not afraid to dive into a dirty and tough job ( see pic).

I can't speak for their service because I did not hire them but, I can tell you that they wanted to bill $69 (as a TRIP CHARGE) to come to our home to provide an estimate to install a gas line. Granted, they would've applied the $69 towards the installation and I understand that time is money but as a licensed electrician, I've NEVER charged a customer for ANY estimate, big job or small. I'll look for another reputable installer elsewhere.

Nick and Terrence did a fantastic job installing a new gas line and assisting with my tankless install. They were very knowledgeable about local codes to ensure the work was done properly and professionally. They are definitely worth every penny! I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend.

I was very happy with Phillip for our furnace issue, he came in and no non-sense determined the issue, got the parts needed and had me up in running in a couple hours time once the parts arrived and answered extra questions I had. I called TLC on a Sunday when I began to feel an unusual chill in the house and realized that our gas central heating unit was not coming on. Steven with TLC came out and quickly assessed our issue. The burners were activating and then shutting off because the motor had finally frozen up after 40+ years of service. After weighing our options, which included explacing the motor, my wife and I made the easy decision that it was time to replace the heating system which, frankly, was long overdue. Steven and a co-worker arrived early the next morning to install and activate the new equipment. I really appreciated their expertise and thoroughness in explaining the new system to us, which included a new digital thermostat!
