An interesting experience. I called Central about a plumbing leak under my bathtub in my crawlspace. When the guy came out to assess the situation, he refused to enter the crawlspace, saying that he'd seen dozens of such leaks and didn't need to go into the crawlspace to see it for himself. He expected me to explain the leak and its source and its severity even though I hadn't been down there myself (too old for that now). He eventually said he'd provide an estimate for the repair -- or at least what he thought would be the repair -- but never did so. When I called to ask about the repair estimate, all I got was an answering machine. So I emailed the company but never got a response. Apparently they don't need the work.

Shawn and Joe were polite and thorough. Their work was done in a timely matter and were easy to talk to about my concerns.

I am highly satisfied with the Custom-Air service. Work on my HVAC system was done professionaly and at reasonable price. Rick and Dave were very friendly and worked with me on every aspect of the project. I would recommend them to anybody.

Do not use this company!

Stephan was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about identifying and repairing the elusive leak in my home. He was very professional and respectful of leaving things as clean as he found them including not dragging any mud into my home. He performed his duties above my expectations. I would highly recommend this business to others!

We had OUTSTANDING service for two of our older swamp coolers. Neftali Lopez-Duran was our technician/expert. He was thorough and performed thecrepairs with care and expertise. He went beyond what was necessary to ensure a working unit and workmanship. He saved us near future probs. We rely on Signature. THANK YOU Neftali Lopez-Duran!Unfortunately, I needed a plumber because of a minor leak that was persisting since Dec. 30. I could not find the leak on my own in my home, but was able to rule out any major pipe damage, and was advised that there may be some valves that are leaking; however, I did not see evidence of water leakage anywhere other than the alerts of a leak from my water service.Signature assigned me Thomas Ward -- an expert Plumber in my view -- with over 19 years of experience. He arrived ready to find the problem and expertly and efficiently identified multiple small valve leaks an a few other small but potentially bothersome problems that were unnecessary water loss. In addition, he explained and helped me understand for my future benefit all that he did. It is obvious that Mark Thomas is a professional tradesperson who takes pride in his skill, experience and knowledge. Lucky for us! Thank you, Thomas!I appreiate his professionalism an expertise an easy going manner.Today I had a check of my cooling system. Oscar and Mark were especially thorough and efficient. A recommendation was given that was in line with age and care of system, and I am appreciative of that as a new home owner. I shouldn't even give a star. The owner did not treat me with respect when I ask him why they charge me a diagnosis free. Please, be aware, these people only care about the money.

I've used this company before at 2 residences and misplaced their phone number. I looked it up on Google and was curious about some of the bad reviews. I then saw responses from the manager which seemed reasonable and sincere so considering that and the service I've received in the past I gave them a call. I remembered that I was told by the previous technician that they have a service agreement where you can get a fall / spring change over for a specific price. I was interested in that because I had something similar with TLC Plumbing in the past. When I asked the person that answered the phone if he could email it to me for review of the terms to determine if it's a good deal I was told he couldn't send it out via email or any other method It seemed logical to me that a person would be able to see what they're buying before they buy it. Then I asked what the name of the manager is because I wanted to talk to him to provide feedback on past service and let him know I'd be looking into the service agreement for 2 properties and get more information from him. The person would not give me the manager's name. I'm pretty sure I can get his name somewhere but it makes me uneasy about all the secrecy. I'm disappointed that this company wasn't willing to accommodate my request; more disappointed because they gave me a quote for an evac system in the spring and now I have to find another plumbing company.
