With Winter coming in it's not a good time for your heater to give out. I made a phone call and these wonderful gentlemen came down the 1st day named Jimmy and Alan. They were very respectful they made sure the work was done correctly; even though we needed to order a part.It was in stock and Alan came back 2 days later and installed it. I had surgery the next day, Wednesday, He was gracious to give me that day and Thursday to rest and returned Friday. Alan made sure that everything worked properly before he left. He is an awesome gentleman very professional and kind. He takes pride in his job and takes it seriously. Alan is very particular and makes sure it works before giving the Alan seal of Approval. Thank you Alan you are awesome. Ask about the VIP package. You can't go wrong.PART TWO Since I have the VIP package they called so to check the water heater and the heater. The water heater was drained Saul Vasquez cleaned it he made sure everything was working today. SIGNATURE sent me a gentleman named Saul Saul is tremendously friendly he has a personality that is just totally made of gold. I couldn't believe how mannered this man is, he is very patient worked very hard and he is absolutely amazing there was one piece that was so corroded on my water heater that it cracked he did not hesitate to get the plumber down here immediately from their company. I mean these people from Signature are amazing if you want your work done well in your home these are the ones to call. And so far all the people that have come here are gentlemen.PART THREEAs I mentioned Sal called for the plumber and he did come. His name is Thomas, another gentleman very sweet big smile and extremely professional. Thomas got that work done it was a little trying for him because the peace broke inside the hole of the water heater. Thomas was able to get that sucker out of there and get the new piece replaced. What an awesome group of men that work for signature. I have to give them the gold star. I have to give them a Blue Ribbon, they are the best.I don't know what garden they pick their employees out of, but that's where they need to keep picking all their workers from because they are totally amazing. Thank you signature Thomas was incredible.PART 4, They are NOT as good in air conditioner as they are in heat. The last one that came out just gave me a list of everything I was going to be needing for the air conditioner by next year. The pads are nothing getting wet and usually my air conditioner will throw a little water from the top of the roofing, it is not. You can't hear the pump at all. On video I had to call him back, no air was coming through. He fixed it. The VIP package was coming to a end and so was there good work. I had to call them to get the air conditioner going which was part of the package. Didn't seem they were so happy about it.

Exceptional work, they spent plenty of time and weren't rushed at all they were very interested in helping us save as much money as possible while getting our heater to work again. They were honest and very down to earth and took the time to explain what they were doing and exactly why they were doing it. Told us exactly what was wrong and what needed to be replaced and what would still be fine if it were fixed without being replaced. Total price after they were gone and everything was fixed was around $500. We had other people come a few days prior and quote us replacement costs close to $15,000-20,000 due to everything needing to be replaced. We would later find out that we had received a lot of inaccurate and extreme information. Needless to say we needed a second opinion, and Rick's heating and plumbing was the best second opinion we could have got! They were recommended to us by several friends that use them. We will be calling them for all our future heating and plumbing needs.
