Service by Wagner Staff was the most professional and efficient experience I encountered. I was impressed how well Wagner staff communicates with their customers. From initial meeting to install, everyone text to let us know their ETAs. We could have been taken advantage by the sales rep, but after they inspected our home, options were presented that were cost effective for our family while purchasing the best unit for the size of our home -- it wasn't just about making the sale. That impressed me greatly! I'm so glad I contacted Wagner for my new AC and highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you!

Great communication from the company throughout the process. Chad Redford did a great job for us this evening. Not only did he quickly get our A/C up and running but took some extra time to educate us if a few things and cordially field our numerous questions. For us, he is the face of Signature, and earned our repeat business.

Brad Bray was our technician and he was right on-time for the repairs needed for my home. Every step of the way, I was informed about the entire process in a non-technical language and he explained the fixes I needed thoroughly. The repairs were made quickly without compromising the high-quality service I was promised. Not only that, the price was super fair and transparent! I highly recommend First Rate Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling for your needs! Amazing service! After dealing with other highly known plumbing companies in the past, I am very confident they are the best in Albuquerque! 11/10.

Every time I have had an issue woth my system they have showed up within the same day and fixed my problem. They have kept me in the loop of any issues they have food. And or can see in the near future while maintaining a very professional attitude

R & R Plumbing replaced a hot water heater in my basement for me last week, did a great job, which passed inspection by the city with no problems this morning. The plumbing team were prompt, courteous, and clearly knew their business.

The reason that I only give them four stars is that they came back the next day to check out some of the duct-work because there were holes in it, and they weren't sure whether or not a lot of duct-replacement work would be necessary. Happily, it was just that small section, which took literally ten minutes to replace -- and then they presented me with a bill for $148 for that little job: 2 men, 10 minutes. These were the same guys who'd told me that if the inspector demanded that they insulate the new duct work, it would take half an hour and cost $55.

So no discounted rate for a follow-up visit for me, apparently, presumably because I hadn't asked for that beforehand. I paid, but I called R & R to protest the size of that second bill. The man I spoke to was, I think, the owner, and he was rude and uncooperative: Would you like it better if they'd taken an hour? is NOT a customer-friendly response to $148 for ten minutes' work seems very high I was angry enough to come here and post about it, and I'm still angry. That's no way to run a service business!

In fairness, though, the plumbers themselves were prompt, responsive, and did good work. I would recommend nailing down the price for any follow-up work on the spot before having them come back to (as in this case) do a small bit of work to complete the job. And when you call to speak to them, ask for Corey, their usual phone person. She's as friendly and professional to work with as the tech guys.

Our AC decided today was a good day to stop doing it's job. Miguel is a saint! He arrived within the time frame he promised. He very quickly assessed the situation, knew what was needed and even thankfully had the part on the truck. He quickly made the necessary repairs and the temperature in our vents immediately started to drop. We are so grateful for the knowledge and expertise!
