I submitted an online request Sunday afternoon, and Wagner called at 815am Monday to schedule a same-day appointment. Their communication is second to none! They kept me updated throughout the morning via text and phone calls on what time I could expect the plumbers.Barney and Reece were excellent. They took care of my plumbing issue (we couldn't get the water supply hose off the toilet and broke the fill valve in the process) professionally and efficiently, and went above and beyond by ensuring everything else was in the best possible shape it could be (toilet seat installed, tank attached tightly, etc.). They also took some extra time to get me a quote on a kitchen sink installation and answered all my questions about it. I can't recommend them enough.

My furnace is newer but somehow stopped functioning. When I called, Signature, who had sent a technician to do the fall maintenance several weeks prior, took care of the problem by scheduling Leedro Romero who addressed and resolved the issue that same evening.

My experience with this company has always been excellent. Claire
is very kind, helpful and knows her job very well. Frank is also an
excellent representative for Desert Sun's. He is always friendly and
respectful when he comes. His skills are excellent as well. I am
always left with a good feeling that Frank knows what he is doing
and that I will be left with a good working heating/cooling furnace.

R & R Plumbing replaced a hot water heater in my basement for me last week, did a great job, which passed inspection by the city with no problems this morning. The plumbing team were prompt, courteous, and clearly knew their business.

The reason that I only give them four stars is that they came back the next day to check out some of the duct-work because there were holes in it, and they weren't sure whether or not a lot of duct-replacement work would be necessary. Happily, it was just that small section, which took literally ten minutes to replace -- and then they presented me with a bill for $148 for that little job: 2 men, 10 minutes. These were the same guys who'd told me that if the inspector demanded that they insulate the new duct work, it would take half an hour and cost $55.

So no discounted rate for a follow-up visit for me, apparently, presumably because I hadn't asked for that beforehand. I paid, but I called R & R to protest the size of that second bill. The man I spoke to was, I think, the owner, and he was rude and uncooperative: Would you like it better if they'd taken an hour? is NOT a customer-friendly response to $148 for ten minutes' work seems very high I was angry enough to come here and post about it, and I'm still angry. That's no way to run a service business!

In fairness, though, the plumbers themselves were prompt, responsive, and did good work. I would recommend nailing down the price for any follow-up work on the spot before having them come back to (as in this case) do a small bit of work to complete the job. And when you call to speak to them, ask for Corey, their usual phone person. She's as friendly and professional to work with as the tech guys.

NCB Mechanical installed a new A/C for me. They were very courteous and professional and their pricing was very competitive. I will be using them for all of my HVAC & plumbing needs.
