After trying for a days to relight the waterheater this was the only company that was available to come help same day in less than 3 hours of calling. Mark was very professional and explained everything he did to fox it. Highly recommend and will use them agaon.

My regular HVAC guy recommended this place, after he could diagnose/fix an issue I had with my furnace.I called Affordable Sunday evening, and they explained to me my pricing options as far as somebody coming out that night or during regular business hours. I opted to have somebody come by the next day.The day of my appointment. I received an email with Bill’s picture to let me know he was on his way. Bill also called me to let me know the exact time he would be at my house. He showed up at noon on the nose.Bill was able to diagnose my problem, but most importantly FIX it! He kept me very engaged in the process, explaining to me what he was doing and answering all of my questions. He was very friendly and efficient. Luis and Ricardo are very thoughtful thorough and kind. Luis is meticulous and makes the smallest and least amount of holes in the wall. They clean up the space after they are done and are super efficient. They are great and I totally recommend them for electrical work.

Sold us an expensive system that was not suitable for our type of house - did not perform any site survey or heat load measurements to determine best fit. Basically more interested in selling us the system that gave them the biggest profit, rather than what was best for us. 2 stars and not 1 because the installers on the day were professional and respectful. Use them if you want, but do your research first.
