I went in and spoke with a younger guy behind the counter. I showed him my 1980s mixing valve shower issue and he helped me pick out all the right parts to get my shower back up and running. I would absolutely go back there again in a heartbeat.

Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). First thing we did at our new house was replace the hot water tank & install a tankless. These guys are great to deal with & totally professionals. You'll be happy if they do work for you too.

I have worked around many plumbers as a contractor and the plumbers of 716 Plumbing stand out the most. Not only were they easy to work around, but I had noticed how precise their work is. They have great workmanship, and take pride in their work. This alone makes them stand out over the rest. I had also learned a lot about their background by working around them and talking to them. I can't wait to work together on future projects and see all the new projects they have completed. Keep it up!

Sam and Noah were professional, polite and pleasant, (the 3 perfect P's of a great contractor!). They did a great job replacing a toilet and bathroom vanity. We inquired about getting an estimate for a much bigger, and complicated job and Sam was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the job.

Frank's Mr. Plumber delivered. Ed came out, gave me an estimate for a rather complex sump pump discharge system out to the street bubbler with several down spout tie-ins. Ed explained every little detail, very professional. After reviewing several estimates I went with Frank's, mainly due to reputation and a recommendation from an HVAC company I had done business with. Work began as promised with Tom coming out to trench everything out and lay the pipe, wow, amazed at the tidy way that the trench was dug out. Tom and his crew had to dig threw root systems and rock but at the end it looked perfect. After all pipe was buried, Tom, at my request took away all the rocks, roots and excess dirt. Tom's crew raked my lawn afterwards to cleanup any remaining debris. The next day the inside work was to be done, Joe showed up to run the discharge line through the finished basement from a preexisting mess. Tom, like Ed and Joe did not disappoint, work was done very professionally, always keeping in mind the over all appearance of the work as well as the functionality. Additionally, the above mentioned employees were always courteous.

Now, here is the part of my review that Frank's Mr. Plumber may not like. If you are looking to do things cheap, down and dirty don't contact Frank's. There is a price for quality of work and decent workers, at Frank's your going to pay a decent price but in return you will have a quality job and piece of mind. This statement is coming from a guy that likes a deal but also recognizes the risk and cost you sometimes pay for getting that deal (I speak from experience). Bottom line, I whole heartily recommend Frank's Mr. Plumber and can't say enough good things about Ed, Tom and Joe.

Oh one additional item that I just thought of, during digging, Tom ran in to and issue where he was not able to dig under the very wide sidewalk because of an excess of roots and large rocks. This would normally be and upcharge for side walk removal and a new slab poured. Tom contacted Frank and Frank OK'd removal and replacement of the side walk (pouring a new one) for no additional charge, Really appreciate that.

Don really helped me out in a pinch. I placed a few calls to electricians in the area and never heard back from the others. I actually spoke with Don when I first called the main number and was able to explain the situation. He came out the next day to do an estimate and was able to resolve my wiring issue right then and there. This was a huge relief because we were hosting a party that weekend and could not have our bathroom in the situation I left it in. Furthermore, he could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me an arm and a leg to fix the problem on the spot, but he didn't. I am grateful for his time and the tutorial he gave me so I could try to avoid a similar situation in the future. I will definitely be calling DTR if I have another electrical or home improvement need.
