Best Plumbing Fixture In in Buffalo NY

I have been using John Huck plumbing for years for my multiple rental properties and my personal residence. They have always given extremely fair prices, have been very responsive and easy to work with. Every time I call them I know I can trust that whatever the issue is will be fixed by the time they are done, and that their work will be top notch. John and Pete are both great. They will give you down to earth, solid advice about your plumbing needs. They have made self-managing my investment properties so much easier (and have likely helped me prevent many issues down the line). I have no reservations recommending them to everyone I know!

Great guys. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and very reasonably priced. They quoted me a price and my bill was less then the quote.

I have had T -Mark to my house 2 times. Once for a furnace repair. They were only interested in upselling and making money. The tech was very abrupt and did not want to answer my questions. A year later I had to get quotes for a new AC unit so I thought I would give them another try. The guy was in and out of my house in minutes flat, quickly showed me a couple estimates on a tablet, and rushed through every aspect of the visit. I asked him to email me the two estimates because he clearly did not want to answer my questions. That left me having to take time out of my day to call their office and ask a bunch of questions. I chose not to work with them again because the other 2 estimates i got, the representative was very accomodating and took the time to answer my questions. Will never work with them again, they're too interested in pushing upgrades and sales and not serving the customers

Called Roy's to have my central air checked out before turning it on since we bought our house in April and hadn't used it yet. Tech Gary came out and was very courteous, friendly and did a GREAT job at explaining everything since I know absolutely nothing about central a/c. Would HIGHLY recommend them for all your heating, plumbing, and cooling needs!

Our technicians name was Mike C. He was wonderful. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Very friendly and professional. If we have any issues in the future we will definitely use this Company and hope that Mike is our tech.,

Awful! I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Rude and unprofessional to put it mildly. We went with this company because of the good reputation to upgrade our electrical box, replace furnace, and install ac. The workers are incompetent, made a complete mess tracking mud everywhere, don't clean up after themselves, and are disrespectful. I was yelled at on the phone by a worker when asking about his plan to finish the job, and told by another worker that the femalefowner called me a difficult customer. Very difficult to work with and do a crappy job.
