Mike and his partner did an excellent job on unplugging my kitchen drain . It was severely clogged . From the initial phone call to the actual unplugging of the drain the guys were very professional and caring about resolving the problem. I like that they cleaned up after the job was completed ! Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump. Even though it was late at night, he took his time to do the job right, explained to me what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have 716 Plumbing as our go-to plumbers.

I had an issue with a potential gas leak from my tankless hot water heater. They came out within 30 minutes of my call and the service was great. My techs name was Dan, and I can say I’d recommend them to a friend.

If I could give more stars I would!!!! These guys were so pleasant and knowledgeable. The most important thing to me was they explained everything and showed me what they were doing. The price was unbelievably fair and he even fixed something else he saw wrong without even charging me. He also gave me an estimate for some other work I needed done. For a furnace malfunction, a previous company charged me for 3 expensive service calls ,and never fixed the problem!
