I have had excellent service from this company. They replaced my entire HVAC unit at a fair price and have stood behind their work. I also had them replace the hot water heater (I live in an older house where no one had ever taken care of it before I bought it. It needs a LOT of love!) As a single, female homeowner, I have run into a LOT of bad contractors. T-Mark has been a phenomenal company for me to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had an issue with an intermittent problem that would cause a no heat fault with our furnace. We called on a Saturday and witching an hour, a technician called back and was on his way over to address and fix the problem. After a lengthy diagnosis, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. All were handled professionally and parts were available. The furnace was readjusted as a few valves were turned HOA bit too high, a pressure switch was faulty and a condensation line was full of water and slime. All issues taken care of in a three hour period and the furnace was back to normal operation. A fair bill for the time spent and a repaired furnace. Very happy with Zenner & Ritter.

Just four months after we bought and moved into our house, our sewage system failed due to infiltrating tree roots. We had a national brand come and try to clear the roots out, but it kept happening. We shopped around for prices for replacing the whole system, since that is what we were told we would need. My brother-in-law recommended Frank’s plumbing, and I’m so happy that he did. They were able to get to our house in a reasonable time to replace the whole system. Ed, who was in charge of our project, was really nice and walked us through the whole process. They handled everything with the town and were done in less than two days. Did I mention they gave us the best deal? Our system comes with a 20 year guarantee and is transferable to the next owners of the house if we move before then. What a deal! I see Frank’s plumbing signs all around town and now I know why. 5/5 stars, 10/10 would recommend to anybody who needs any plumbing services.
