I recently hired Frank's Mr. Plumber a couple of times for both a toilet and indoor plumbing repair and an external PVC drainpipe repair. As always, they're on-time, professional, and all around fantastic! I have an old house with some plumbing oddities related to when an addition was made, and they got it figured out and resolved! Lou Simon installed two Bradford White 50 gallon tank style water heaters in my home. He arrived on time as scheduled. He and his crew were neat, clean and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and the job looks great. We have hot water and no leaks!

I came home early today to my husband complaining about no hot water. He went to work and I went down to light the pilot. Nothing. I called one place that wanted a fee just to come out. I called roto rooter , they had no charge to come and check. The tech, Kevin was amazing. He showed me the problem, gave us a fair price to replace the water heater and took 2 old ones away with him. He did not have to do that. We got immediate service and he made sure everything was set before he left. These are the only people I will call for future plumbing needs.
