Even though I'm employed under david lies plumbing, I've been here for about 6 months now. I dont know everything about the trade, but I am getting there; I know I can say for a fact that it is a great business to work for and my employer and co-workers do a great job to meet the customers needs, doing what ever it takes to get the job done as quickly and professionally as possible.

From leaky faucets/a faulty shower/an inoperable sink, with the infamous bucket underneath, Kirk expeditiously, and, with great precision, addressed my plumbing needs. Furthermore, he replaced my husband's toilet seat (of which, the new toilet seat, in its package, had been resting by his commode in his man cave for likely the proceeding year). We even shared stories about grandchildren, children, and the simple joys in life....fast cars and boats. Without reservation, Kirk is recommended.

After 7 years of increasing plumbing problems it was clear we needed to replace all the old plumbing under our house. So I went ahead and called Ballard, Plumbing Heating & Cooling. They arrived on time, were very precise and did perfect work! I'm very pleased. Thanks to Brad and his team!

I had them come out and change a kitchen sink and a garbage disposal. They told me their hourly rate (these are estimates) of $250 and every quarter hour after that is about $25. They said the job would take about 2-4 hours. I asked for the estimate without materials and they said its would be from $500-$600. I asked them to get the materials and so they did. The technician does the job and the office calls me and tells me the total is $574. I had no problem paying it and then they called me again and said they forgot to add the materials to the invoice so the actual amount is $950. The technician took his complete 4 hours and I asked them to honor the first price they gave me and they said no. Mr. Rooter gave me a quote for $900 and i told them I will take my business elsewhere. They also told me that the garbage disposal isn't working because the outlet is dead so I basically bought a new one for no reason. I asked them if I would be charged for them to come out again and they said yes. I am completely displeased with their customer service and their miscommunication. DO NOT USE Mr. HANDYMAN!

After having a terrible experience with a previous contractor, we called JL plumbing to fix and finish the remodel of our bath and shower. Jay was very informative and easy to talk to through the entire process and he did an amazing job on absolutely everything. We highly reccommend JL plumbing and will be calling them again for future projects!

Zero stars!! Avoid this company. We needed a pan installed under our existing hot water heater to sell the home. Rusty gave a quote to install the pan and bring the hot water heater up to code. The price seemed high but unfortunately we went with this company. The plumber came out and started the project. The price was increased twice during the project to almost twice the original quote. We had a second plumbing issue during the same time but would not use this company and hired a different plumber. This new plumber said his price for installing a brand new hot water heater including the cost of the hot water heater was less than the price we paid with the price hikes that occurred mid-project. Best part was the work didn't pass the city inspection the first time.
