Great company. Did work for my in-laws. On time. Professional. Knowledgeable. All and all great company.

The plumber came at a time that I was told he would be here and changed out the problem. He decided that the sewer line needed cleaning out which they do not do and recommended another company to call which I did.

On Time Plumbing had someone out the same day, even though I called after 1pm. Technicians were at my house less than 2 hrs later. The technicians were polite and took pains to not track snow into my house. Kevin clearly communicated what was needed vs suggested and completed the work in under 30 minutes. The total cost was definitely reasonable and there are no leaks!

I never had a service from this company but the owner resolved a matter very professionally and is the text book image of an amazing business owner.

These guys were incredible! We had a broken toilet that was fixed in a short amount of time after calling them. After completing the job, my wife and I decided to have them look at our second bathroom as well. Greg and Jason were able to get that one completed as well before heading to their next job!
