Laundry drain backed up- they were responsive and had someone at the house within the hour. Courteous and cleaned up before he left. We are very appreciative.

It's interesting you're responding to my review 5 years later, clearly shows you don't care about your customers. We used your company (5 years ago now) and it was a horrible experience. You said you were going to come out and never did. Then you finally came out and didn't fix the problem but charged us anyway. We had to hire another company to fix the problem. Terrible customer service and company. Do not use.

We remodeled our master shower and it was a mess. Called Brand Plumbing and they came immediately and fixed another's screw up and even came up with solutions we did not know to ask. Honest company would 100% recommend.

They did great work for me. They were available quickly, got the job done same day, and at a very fair price. I definitely plan to use them in the future.

Zach B. was my service tech and he did a fine job. An appointment was scheduled and they gave me a two hour window. I appreciated the fact that he called me prior to coming and gave me an estimated time that he would arrive. He showed up within that time and immediately found the problem. He was very thorough in explaining the cause of the issue, what it would cost to fix, and an estimated time it would take him to complete the job. He was done within that time. He gave me the option to pay now or receive a bill. I was pleased with the results and would definitely call them again for any future issues with my garage door.

I had a leaking main water pipe from the meter to the house. I called and they sent Jason to check out the problem. After performing some quick tests, he diagnosed the problem and gave me two cost estimates: best and worst cases. Bobby and Ken came out to do the repair, and it was first class. They moved the garden gravel and plastic weed barrier, did the best case repair (which was all that was required), and replaced the plastic and gravel, perfectly. Finally, they flushed all the air out of the sinks and tubs. All was just what I expected from Benjamin Franklin plumbing - friendly people and excellent work. I’m very happy with my choice!

Devon came 10 minutes before expected and got straight to work on my sink! He had a hard job done in no time and he did it with little mess.

My experience was very positive and the installation was done the very next day after I called. I plan on having them do some updates on my bathrooms in the near future because I was very happy with the service and friendly staff. I would definitely refer them to any one who has plumbing needs. Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
