I don’t normally submit reviews but the service that I received from Mr. Rooter deserves all the praise! I recently purchased a house and had my washer and dryer set delivered. The delivery company was unable to hook up my washer due to how corroded the water valve was, so I contacted various companies and Mr. Rooter was the only one that was available to come fix the issue the same day. The technician came at the expected time and gave me an estimate right away. He not only took care of replacing the water valve but also hooking up my washer! Talk about going above and beyond for their customers. 10/10 would recommend!

This company saved the day for me. It was a holiday, they came out right away, found the problem and unclogged the drain. They made sure all other equipment and sump pumps were working properly. They were professional , knowledgeable and tidy. I highly recommend them!
