Best Sewer Camera in Wichita KS

Jon was amazing today. He showed up before he thought he could, worked very efficiently and diagnosed our problems! He did a very accurate assessment of the next steps to correct our problem and called for back up assistance and additional equipment! He and Brent did a great job of getting our drains open and did multiple tests to make sure they had everything open, they cleaned up the area where they had to work and made every effort to make sure all was good before they left. They left contact info in case we had any issues or questions and said to contact them if anything came up. We are more than pleased with the service we had today and would highly recommend both of them to others. We were so fortunate to get them on a Sunday and get our issues resolved. Thanks to both!!! Good company and great service!!! Thanks for weekend service. We would have been in a bad place without the extra service!

All my drains were running slow, but there was a major clog somewhere. Tyler and Couper were right on time but unable to complete the job because there is a major problem at a spot where the pipes meet in the yard. Will require major repairs. But the service was great. Tyler explained the situation and we called the landlord.

The Drainworks team was very professional. They arrived when they said they would and got right to work. With the inspection camera they showed me where the problem was. I ended up needing my sewer replaced and they handled it and left my yard in good shape. Thanks Guys!

Ben Franklin is always professional and courteous. You never have to worry about who is coming out to your house for service. They are always clean and professional, and their knowledge and expertise is top notch. We have never had any problems with a job done by Ben Franklin. We have used them several times and have not been disappointed.

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.

Purchases through Lowe's The tech from Joseph's plumbing did a good job installing our water heater.

I would not recommend this company. HORRIBLE management! My elderly grandma was taken advantage of and when I called to speak with​ a supervisor the guy was pure unprofessional and rude! They were supposed to come over and give a quote, but instead ended up doing work and giving the price at the end. The work done was not the best quality. After speaking with the rude so called supervisor/owner and him calling me and my grandma a liar I told him I was going to report to the BBB and ended that conversation cause it was going nowhere good. Shortly after the actual plumber, Jason, called me and discussed the situation. He was way more professional than his supposed boss. I feel for that man having to work for such an ill ran company and straight ass of an owner. Long story short, I do not suggest this company for your plumbing needs.
