Had a couple of hydrants/spigots replaced. Got multiple quotes from different companies, Roto-rooter was the only company that didn't quote having to cut through the shower tile (for one) or drywall (for the other). They fully assessed my home and was able to determine they could replace them using the tiny crawlspace. We thought we would need to cap one and install a new one at a different location, the quote to do so was reasonable. During the work it was easier to access then estimated and they were able to replace it and come in under the quoted price. I am extremely happy with the quality of service and will most definitely use Roto-Router for future plumbing needs.

When our hot water went out I called these guys, because being without hot water was not an option with 2 little girls and a newborn at home. They were quick and affordable. Sean and Laura, we're so kind and caring. They did everything they could to get us back up and running. If you ever have a plumbing problem, I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Bowers Plumbing responded same day to our call for a venting pipe that was leaking water into our basement. The problem was quickly diagnosed and expertly repaired. The leak resulted from some 'creative' DIY plumbing that was done before we owned the house. Thankfully Bower's technician David was experienced enough to know what had been done, and skilled enough to repair it on the spot. David even cleaned the area up afterward- unnecessary but very appreciated! To top it all off, David even dealt directly with our home warranty company, making the process super smooth. We highly recommend Bower's Plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.

My mother needed her leaky faucet replaced. At an expense of $700 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing installed a new faucet with a year warranty. Immediately after the year was up it began leaking again and now the sprayer is stuck in the on position and she can't use her sink normally. When she asked me to look at it, it was obvious they used the cheapest material possible to replace the faucet. Very disappointed that they would take advantage of someone on a fixed income.
