He was very professional he came by and cut a piece of old pipe off sandpapered it down. So I can slide the new piece on myself and save some money. Very little charge Thanks Jake.... I'll call you again if I ever need work done again

Ryan, the tech who showed up to our home was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in helping us with a water main issue from out well head to our house.

They did a great job on my bathroom, everything from plumbing, to drywall, trim work, and fixtures! They even removed a door and patched a wall and added a washer and dryer to the bathroom!
They also took the old laundry area and converted it to a pantry!

My technician Willie was wonderful, He was fast, professional, and courteous. I will definitely use On Time again based im the service I received.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
