I had a great experience with Lyday. Mychal was very professional and you can tell he really loves what he does and cares about being precise and thorough. They were sent out by my home warranty company after another plumber had been out and had not been able to fix my faucet properly. Mychal did a thorough job and found that my faucet was corroded. I am now getting a brand new faucet from the home warranty company due to Mychal's attention to detail. I will definitely call them in the future and refer them to others!

The text before arrival was perfect. It included a picture and estimated time of arrival. Very polite! Discussed what was going on and what they were doing. Would definitely recommend.

We called Bower plumbing because we had water coming up in the drain in the basement. The person ( Elizabeth) who answer was very professional and very helpful.The technician (Mike) who came out was very professional and very informative! The technician cleaned the area very well before leaving and made sure we satisfied!

Matt has been very thorough and informative while fixing our water heater. He does a great job of explaining his suspicions and how he intends to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem, even outside of his suspicions. At the end of the visit he explained his findings and what he did. This is something I appreciate very much when having services done.
Our home warranty company selected him and contacted him on our behalf, so I’m very thankful he has done such an excellent job. It usually worries me not having a say in who does our repairs, but we’ll be calling Matt for all future repairs.

Devon came 10 minutes before expected and got straight to work on my sink! He had a hard job done in no time and he did it with little mess.

Another very satisfied customer here thanks to Chris! He was the only plumber who made himself available for a last minute drain clog at the rental we just moved into. Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.
